Rickenbacker Resident Plan

Proof of residency is required. Customer must provide the following documents:

 

(All documents must be under applicant’s name and reflect Key Biscayne residential address)

 

1. Driver’s License

 

2. Vehicle Registration

 

3. Provide one of the following:

 

  a. Copy of tax bill

 

  b. Copy of FPL, water, or cable bill (within 2 months)

 

 

Rickenbacker Commuter Plan

The following current documents are required:

 

1. Copy of a pay stub reflecting Key Biscayne address (a company letterhead along with the pay stub if Key Biscayne address is not reflected in the pay stub)

 

2. Vehicle registration, vehicle must be registered to the account holder (one vehicle per employee)

 

 

Rickenbacker School Plan

The following current documents are required:

 

1. Academic schedule with student ID

 

2. Vehicle registrations, vehicle must be registered to the account holder.

 

 

Venetian Commuter Plan

Residents:

 

The following current documents are required:

 

(All documents must be under applicant’s name and reflect Venetian residential address)

 

1. Driver’s license

 

2. Vehicle Registration (if vehicle is rented, rental agreement under account holder must be provided)

 

3. Provide one of the following: Copy of FPL, water, or cable bill (within 2 months)

 

 

Employees:

 

The following current documents are required:

 

(All documents must be under applicant’s name)

 

1. Copy of pay stub with a Venetian Causeway address

 

2. Vehicle registration

 

 

Venetian Property Owner Plan

Proof of Ownership is required, customer must provide:

 

• Property tax bill or warranty deed

 

• Vehicle registration, registration must be under property owner’s name
