Rickenbacker Resident Plan

The plan requires an active SunPass and proof of residency. Customer must submit the following current documents:

 

(All documents must be under applicant’s name and reflect Key Biscayne residential address)

 

1. Driver’s License

 

2. Vehicle Registration

 

3. Provide one of the following:

 

  a. Copy of tax bill

 

  b. Copy of FPL, water, or cable bill (within 2 months)

 

 

Rickenbacker Commuter Plan

The plan requires an active SunPass and proof of employment. The following current documents are required:

 

1. Copy of a pay stub reflecting Key Biscayne address (a company letter head along with the pay stub if Key Biscayne address is not reflected in the pay stub)

 

2. Vehicle registration, vehicle must be registered to the account holder (one vehicle per employee)

 

 

Rickenbacker School Plan

The plan requires an active SunPass and the following current documents:

 

1. Academic schedule with student ID

 

2. Vehicle registrations, vehicle must be registered to the account holder.

 

 

Venetian Commuter Plan

Renters:

 

The plan requires an active SunPass and proof of residency. Customer must submit the following current documents:

 

(All documents must be under applicant’s name and reflect Venetian residential address)

 

1. Driver’s license

 

2. Vehicle registration (if vehicle is rented, rental agreement under account holder must be provide. No person to person rental allowed)

 

3. Provide one of the following: Copy of FPL, water, or cable bill (within 2 months)

 

 

Employees:

 

The plan requires an active SunPass and the following current documents:

 

1. Copy of pay stub with a Venetian Causeway business address

 

2. Vehicle registration, must be registered to the account holder (one vehicle per employee)

 

 

Venetian Property Owner Plan

The plan requires an active SunPass and the following current documents:

 

• Property tax bill

 

• Vehicle registration, registration must be under property owner’s name
